Born in 1973, Liat is a duly admitted Israeli lawyer, who has worked in the real estate business since 2002. Liat graduated from law school in Israel and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2002.
Between 2002 and 2006 Liat worked as general counsel of D.H. Capital Group Ltd. in Israel. The company dealt with the forming of individual purchasers into an association for the purchase of agricultural plots in the process of rezoning and redevelopment and a construction of a residential building in the heart of Tel-Aviv. As part of her responsibilities and beyond the legal aspects, Liat was in charge of securing loans for the end-user purchasers, sales and marketing, mainly within the Jewish community in France, but also in Israel, the United Kingdom and the USA.
In 2006 Liat left D.H. Capital Group Ltd. to join a new company, Ado Holdings Ltd, founded by one of D.H.'s main shareholders, Mr. Adi Keizman, where she worked as the general counsel. Apart from the obvious legal aspects, Liat was in charge of the network development in Europe in general and Germany in particular. Throughout 2006 she was sent back and forth to Germany for the purpose of assisting in the foundation and setting up of its subsidiary in Berlin and she eventually moved to Berlin in 2007. In Berlin, Liat worked as general counsel and as legal secretary of ADO Properties, a company which was later partially (50%) purchased by the Housing and Construction Group from Israel. As part of her responsibilities, Liat was the general counsel of the company and its corporate secretary from the moment it became a publicly listed company; took care of acquisitions from the legal aspect and the negotiations, as well as signing the purchase contracts; obtaining the financing and in charge of its execution and the development of the company's sphere of contacts. Furthermore, Liat was also in charge of human resources in the company. Liat worked in ADO Properties until June 2010.
Liat founded LTC Liat Tal Consulting in July 2009 for the purpose of helping predominantly foreign investors to penetrate the German real estate market, mainly by providing them with the financing they need in order to purchase the targeted real estate, whether in Germany or in other countries.
Liat has lived in Italy and France and is now living in Berlin, Germany. She speaks fluent Hebrew, English and French as well as partial German and Italian.
Liat is a registered broker and holds German license "34c GewO".
